I just got the ultra bright palette of cs, and now I'm looking mate ordered the palette. Am very pale, very light blond hair and these bright colors are not all big on me. Could someone tell me how to get somewhere with his eyes do with the ultra bright palette be good for someone who is very pale. Thanks
