This delicious sweet chocolate has been one of the most popular forms of chocolate for a few centuries. In the heart of the chocolate truffle is a story magnificent, from its origins in France to their trip through Europe and its entry into the United States and around the world.
The year 1828 was considered the best year in the history of chocolate making, a new innovation for the press called cacao, chocolate solidified that by eliminating butter cocoa. However, the most important period in the history of chocolate truffle was 1879, the year Henri Nestlé created the first milk chocolate.
Soon after, the experiments on this chocolate pudding conducted by chocolate producers in France and Switzerland led to the creation of the ganache, which is essentially a combination of cream and melted chocolate to form a solid mixture is smooth and velvety.
