MAC eyeshadow application help?
Okay, so a couple of months ago, I purchased some Eyeshadow Palettes from MAC "Antiquites: Royal Assets "collection (Eyes cold and Warm Eyes). How I can apply to make the colors really stand out on my eyelids? How make other women look so bright? Do I have to buy some Eye Primer or something? Thank you for your help.
