What Color Eye shadow n eyeliner make my Blue Eyes "pop" the best?
What color Eyeshadow Eyeliner will n my blue eyes "pop" the best? You use a plum eyeliner n shine light brown works very well but I am looking for other ways. Really Photos would be useful too! N BTW my eyes are as blue pool! Thanks!
to make the eyes stand out you need to use a complementary color. blue eyes means to be the complementary color is orange so using a base of terra cotta orange or pool will turn your blue eyes "Pop"
