The shadow in the Bible and the Koran
The shadow of the Bible:

The shadow in the Quran:
Two shadows History
The Qur'an mentions two important historical shadows; one of them is the shadow of Moses and the Israelites and the other is the shadow for the people of the Prophet "Shu'aib" and his days of painful punishment.
These two events are not in the Bible.
The shadow of Moses and the Israelites
Israel
Sura 28:24
So he (Moses) watered (their flock) for them. then went to the shade, and said, "Lord! I am in need of whatever good you send down to me.
Sura 7:160
We divided into twelve tribes, nations, and which inspired Moses when his people asked for water, saying: Smite with thy staff the rock! and gushed forth twelve springs so that each tribe knew their drinking. and caused the white cloud overshadow them and sent them down the manna and quails (saying): Eat of the good things that We have provided you. They were unfair to us, but often on themselves.
Sura 7:171
and when we saw the mountain over them as if it were a head cover, and thought I was going to fall upon them: to take what we have given you with firmness, and be aware of what is in it, so that you may guard (against evil)
Sura 2:57
And we gave you the shade of clouds and sent down to you Manna and quails: "Eat of the good things that we have established that:" (but they rebelled) made us any harm, but harm to themselves.
The shadow furnished to the people of the Prophet "Shu'aib, who denied it and his days of painful punishment. The Prophet "Shu'aib" is never mentioned in the Bible. Is that because he was Arabic?
Surah 26:189
But they rejected and denied (Shu'aib) and called him a liar (Shu'aib) then the punishment of the days of overshadowing gloom seized them, was certainly the punishment of a painful day
Some facts about the Shadow:
Allah extends the shade, if it pleases no doubt still would have then made the sun an indication of this. Scientifically speaking, the shadow will be stationary when the Earth stops its circular motion around itself. In this case, half of the Earth will be the day and the other will be the night.
Thus, the sun is the indicator for such an event. Who could do that? God is the Creator of the sun.
Sura 25:45
Have you considered (the work of) your Lord, how extends the shade? And if he wanted no doubt would have done still, and then we made the sun an indication that
All things that God has created have their shadows and prostrate to him.
Sura 16:48
Have they not observed all things that Allah has created, how their shadow moves to the right and left, making prostration unto Allah, and are humble?
Sura 16:81
it is Allah who has made of things he created, some things to shading of the hills that did little for their refuge, made garments to protect you from heat, and coats of mail to protect their (mutual) violence. therefore, complete His grace in you, that ye may bow to their will (in Islam).

The Shadow on the Day of Judgement
On that horrific day, everything is and tried in court.
The man is one of the two, believer or unbeliever, everyone has their own shadow.
The coming of Allah
Sura 2:210
He hoped that nothing but that Allah will come to them in the shadows of the clouds with the angels? Then the case would be judged. All cases go back to Allah (sentence).
The shadow of those who believe, that meaning is not mentioned in the Bible.
Sura 4:57
And as for those believe and do good, let them enter Gardens underneath which rivers flow – to dwell therein forever there for them are pure companions – and we do they enter the dense shadow.

They and their wives will be in a pleasant shade, reclining on thrones (of dignity);
