Are these two very similar shades? I'm trying to get a shiny black shadow for cheap …?

Yes they are very close. The only difference is in the center of gravity one appears to have more than one bright object to the Lancome one that looks more like a Matte Eye shadow. But it may be the lighting or the angle. I hope I helped!
