The bright pair care
Once while browsing through the Internet, I found a short and sweet poem, written by an anonymous author, describing the beauty of the eyes and expressions hidden in them. The poem was so beautiful that I just made a note of it. Here is the poem.
In Your Eyes
In your eyes I see one thousand sun,
Glorious and mighty, more days are held.
In your eyes I see beauty in a single flower,
the majesty … sweetness … the power.
In your eyes I see what could be
faithfully, lovingly, you and me.
In your eyes my world revolves around of
his voice … the passion of sound.
Especially in your eyes I see love.
To say that the eyes are the most effective tools of communication and expressive in fact there would be an understatement. They reflect myriad moods and emotions a person. Eyes have fascinated poets since time immemorial.
Humans are blessed with a highly developed brain which decodes the stimuli from the five sense organs and draws an inference about the object referred. God has blessed us with eyes to enjoy the beauty and variety offered by the world he has created around us. Therefore our eyes deserve some amount of special care.
According to ayurveda many factors that affect the function of the eyes, reducing efficiency and causing discomfort. According to ayurveda the diseases of the eye are caused by vice of tridoshas. Tridoshas (vatha, pitta and kapha) function normally in their respective channels and places, when they are in equilibrium condition. The main factors, which These doshas are vitiated in the eyes, "
• Take a cold shower after vigorous exercise or after roaming in the hot weather.
• Effort eyes for very long hours.
• Keep awake for a long time, sleeping in the afternoon.
• Move powder, environmental pollution and smoke.
• Controlling natural urges,
• Head Injuries,
• Under the microscope so continuous
• Alcoholism.
All these factors vitiate the doshas of the eyes and cause numerous diseases of the eye.
Tired eyes
Tired eyes are mostly caused by allergies, fatigue, strain over the eyes, infection and inadequate supply of oxygen to the tissues of the eyes. The main symptoms of eyestrain are dryness and irritation
Self-care for tired eyes:
• Give rest to your eyes closed for the interval of one minute between working hours.
• Have a good night for 6-7 hours.
• Place fresh slice of cucumber on the eyes for several minutes. This revitalizes the eyes.
• Flush eyes with water several times a day.
• Mix the drops of rose water in a little cup of water. Dip two cotton gauze and place it in your eyes for a few minutes.
Consult an ophthalmologist if itching, redness or discomfort persists.
Dry eyes
Tears flow from our eyes when we are sad or happy, too. But our eyes are always protected by a thin layer of tears. This film represents AAP or jaladhatu dhatu (water element) according to ayurveda.or pulls. The tear film keeps our vision clear and protects against irritations eyes. Reduced tear production causes of variation in the tear film and dry. This condition is called dry eyes.
Causes of dry eyes

Age: – As we age, tear production is reduced causing dry eyes. This is more prevalent in women than men.

Systemic diseases: Medical conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, scleroderma, etc.

Few drugs: Few medications such as diuretics, antihistamines, decongestants, sleeping pills, antidepressants few acne medicines and preparations opiates, allergic reaction to eye ointments and eye drops

Eye Diseases: Blepheritis (inflammation the edges of the eyelids), entropion (inward bending of eyelid), ectropion (outward bending of the eyelids).

The irritants in the environment: smoke, dust, wind, sun, dry climate.

Lifestyle: Working in front of the computer for more hours, reading for many hours driving.

Varied composition of tears: Tears are a mixture of water, fat oils proteins, electrolytes, etc.

Signs and symptoms of Dry Eye:
Usually both eyes are affected in this condition. Itching, burning or stinging eyes as if a foreign substance inside. You feel it is very difficult to wear contact lenses. The eyes get tired easily. The secretion of mucus in the form of thread around the eyes. The eyes are angry very quickly when exposed to smoke or wind.
If these symptoms persist for an extended period, please consult an ophthalmologist ..
Prevention of dry eyes:
• Avoid direct air blowing through hair dryers, fans or air conditioners air.
• Use cooling glasses when too much sun or wind.
• Use of swimming goggles to avoid excessive irritation.
• Avoid dry weather.
• Do not forget to blink when working at the computer or reading or watching TV
• Avoid rubbing eyes.
Dry Eye Home Remedies
• Boil castor leaves in water and allow to cool when the cooking is warm cotton gauze sauce and place it in both eyes. When it becomes cold gauze can be introduced again in the decoction placef and eyes.
• Boil two tablespoons triphala powder in a glass of water until it is reduced to a quarter of a glass when warm filter and add a spoonful of honey. Consumption of cooking every day strengthens eyes.
The dark circles
The dark circles are a common complaint of beauty. Nine out of 10 people have dark circles under the eyes at one time or another, the skin under the eyes is very thin. As we are exposed to sunlight, the skin under the eyes gets damaged and becomes more thin and wrinkled. The veins below this thin skin start looking prominent. Thus the wrinkles and prominent veins form dark circles. At times pigmentation also causes dark circles.
Causes of dark circles:

During exposure to sun.

The lack of nutrients.

Conjunctivitis (Pink Eye)
Causes: Conjunctivitis can be caused by viruses, bacteria or allergens such as pollen or dust. Conjunctivitis caused by bacteria or virus may affect one or both eyes. Allergic conjunctivitis affects both eyes.
Symptoms:
The most common symptoms are redness, itching, sensation of grittily, tearing and discharge from one or both eyes. blurred vision and light sensitivity also accompany these symptoms.
Prevention:
