How do I use mixing medium to apply my eyeshadow?
I know the concept, but I’m just not sure if I should wet my brush and then dip it in the eyeshadow, or should I dip it in the eyeshadow, and then wet it with the mixing medium? Does it even matter? Also, does anybody have any ideas on how to use water-based mixing medium for anything other than applying eyeshadow? Any help is much appreciated.
Place 1 drop of medium on a dish
If pigment or lose shadow dampen brush first then put on pigment or lose eyeshadow
If Pressed Eye shadow put eyeshadow on brush then dampen
