I'm Mexican American and have the skin tones to match-i made the mistake of letting my best girl borrowed my shadow st Green Eyes. Also, try shining bright eye shadow and apply it to a very small amount of moisture, or liquid or cream eye shadow or a very good liquid makeup, but never whipped products, like dream matte mousse because very easily be clumpy. the colors go on really.

Tightlining your eyeliner to enhance your eyelashes
I've always been obsessed with thin eyelashes. All I can do to thicken eyelashes or to make them look thicker, I do. One of these things is called tightlining.
Tightlining, as its name indicates, consists of the lining of the eyes with eyeliner tighter than regular (from above) applications for eyeliner. With tightlining, eyeliner is inserted into the tabs, creating a much more natural.
I do not use eyeliner pencils for this, since it seems to mess up my eyelashes, that poking in all directions. Gel liners work, but you can Use Eye shadow in a hurry if you're careful.
To start, grab your eyeliner gel and a small Makeup Brush narrow. Keep the lid with one hand while apply the eyeliner on the bottom, making sure to push through the tabs. I was paranoid about putting me in the eye at first, but I got over it. With the brush there, moving slightly from side to side to apply the eyeliner then move to the next part of your eye. When you drag the brush will not work here, as he brushed the tabs All Over the place.
The same applies to the lower lashes, except they do not have to hold the lid up.
If you've done well, the base of your eyelashes are darker. After adding the mask in the mix, I can actually see my eyelashes which is amazing in itself. I can still apply flapping shades of eye shadow (by pulling the exterior of the eyeliner in the crease on the outside of the eye) without showing significantly too unnatural.
