Is there a difference between Eye Pencil and Eye Liner?
I bought eye penci because i thought it was the same thing as eye liner and it was cheapl but it doesnt go on very smoothly.
It was covergirl….can anyone suggest a different brand? that goes smoothly onto the lower lids
Lip Liner goes on your lips to define them and is usually in a pink or red color and eyeliner is dark usually in like black or brown and will say eyeliner or Eyebrow Pencil.
