What Colour Eye make-up looks good with dark Blue Eyes?
I really like my eyes so I wear a lot of eye make-up. But I can never find a colour to suit me! Black is no good ‘cos it clashes horribly with my skin tone! Any tips welcome. Also please state if your referring to eyeliner or eyeshadow or whatever.
If black is too harsh, try a toned down black, or grey. i have dark eyes too, and fair skin, i either do that or browns and tans.
