Immunity Guarana (?)?
Today, I drank 15 oz Starbucks double espresso drink making that I bought at a convenience store. This drink I bought apparently contained something called "guarana". Well after drinking the beverage a friend told me he does guarana, and what it is used. They said it was used for energy, etc. However, when I drank that I soon found myself sleeping. What does this mean for me?
Do you drink coffee regularly? Or a lot of beverages containing caffeine? Guarana has a lot of caffeine in it, it is assumed that you provide energy, but if you consume caffeine regularly, whether they realize it or not, their tolerance ranges. I can sleep shortly after drinking coffee with a double shot XPresso in it because they have a higher tolerance to caffeine because the coffee beverage so every day. And if that's not the case, then you really do not know ….
